While perhaps not as flashy or attention-grabbing as design and development, project management serves as the foundation for all of our work at Significa. Without it, we know for a fact that projects would take longer to get done, important details would get lost in the mix, and clients would certainly end up less satisfied with our work.

With that mind, take some time to first understand The Ethos of the project manager and everything we expect from our project managers at Significa. After getting a peek behind the curtain at their juggling act, dive into our project management process including:

• The initial and essential Project kick-off meeting that sets the stage for our partnership with our clients while building their products

• How we go about Monitoring Progress throughout the design and development processes to ensure projects stay on-track and on-time

• How our teams utilise continuous Delivery processes to get updates into the hands of our clients and users as efficiently as possible

• The Quality Assurance processes we follow for every delivery that helps us to meet our high quality standards

After countless iterations and deliveries, there eventually comes a time when we have to transition the project back to the client. We hand over the final deliverables and a thorough manual to help them manage updates on their own going forward. Project closure is always a bittersweet process, but once the reigns have been handed over, we’re ready to start the process all over again on a brand new project!
